A note from Association Management Group
A topic arose recently at a Friday Pipers Glen Estates manager’s meeting regarding how owners should handle maintenance issues at their individual homes.
First, let’s define maintenance issues. If you are having a problem with your irrigation system – whether it is heads that do not reach all areas, overgrown irrigation heads, or geysers resulting from heads cut off or blown off – this would constitute irrigation maintenance. If the landscaper missed trimming your hedges or cutting your grass or cleaning up your property, this would warrant a landscape maintenance issue.
Committee members may also notice problems with areas they are entrusted with such as the clubhouse or the pool area. Should you note problems at these locations, please don’t hesitate to contact Association Management Group so that we may resolve these issues as well.
The easiest and quickest way to have your problem handled would be to call our office at (561) 737-1966 and speak with Kathy King, Customer Service Manager. A work order is then computer-generated and forwarded to the responsible vendor. For the most part, a reasonable time frame for work orders to be completed would be two weeks.
