If you are having a problem with your irrigation system – whether it is heads that do not reach all areas, overgrown irrigation heads, or geysers resulting from heads cut off or blown off – this would constitute irrigation maintenance. If the landscaper missed trimming your hedges or cutting your grass or cleaning up your property, this would warrant a landscape maintenance issue.
Committee members may also notice problems with areas they are entrusted with such as the clubhouse or the pool area. Should you note problems at these locations, please don’t hesitate to contact Associated Property Management so that we may resolve these issues as well.
